Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how AdPulse collects, uses, discloses, and stores personal information when you visit our landing site, create an account, connect advertising platforms, purchase a subscription, receive reports, contact support, or otherwise use the AdPulse service.
Information you provide directly
We collect information you give us directly, including your name, email address, login credentials, profile details, billing contact details, support messages, notification preferences, and any other information you choose to submit through forms, account settings, or communications with us.
Information from connected services
When you connect third-party services, we may collect and process OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, token expiry data, selected account metadata, subscription status, campaign and reporting data, report configuration settings, and delivery channel identifiers needed to provide the AdPulse workflow.
Information collected automatically
We automatically collect certain technical and usage data such as device and browser information, IP address, page views, referring URLs, landing page data, attribution parameters, consent choices, cookie identifiers, diagnostic logs, and product usage events. Some analytics and marketing technologies are only activated after consent where required by law.
How we use information
We use personal information to operate and secure the service, authenticate users, process payments, manage subscriptions, connect supported ad platforms, generate and deliver reports, respond to support requests, measure product performance, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

How we share information
We share information with service providers and infrastructure vendors that help us host, secure, analyze, bill for, and operate AdPulse; with third-party platforms you choose to connect; when required for a merger, financing, or asset sale; and when needed to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. You may access, update, or delete certain account information through the product, disconnect integrations, and manage cookie or tracking choices where available.
