How to request deletion

If you would like your AdPulse account and associated personal data to be deleted, please send a deletion request to hello@getadpulse.app using the email address associated with your account. Include any details that will help us identify your account and process the request.

What to include

Please include your full name, your AdPulse account email address, and a clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted. If you contact us from a different email address, we may ask for additional verification before processing the request.

What happens next

After we receive your request, we may verify your identity, confirm the scope of the deletion, and then process the request in accordance with applicable law. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or record-keeping purposes.
